Marine flavour profiles for fish and crustacean feeds. We assess fish, shrimp, squid, crab and mussel profiles alongside the target species and feed composition.
Alongside marine notes, fish oil or marine oil profiles and, where appropriate, supporting garlic notes can be considered. Profile selection is based on feed form and production process.
